These terms explain the expectations for attending events, purchasing tickets, and using The Weston Society platform.
Accounts and access
Users must keep access links, account email addresses, and device access reasonably secure. The Weston Society may suspend or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
Authentication flows remain available through login and are part of the expected account recovery path.
Orders, tickets, and event changes
Ticket purchases are subject to availability, pricing, taxes, and any organizer-specific rules shown during checkout. Completed orders may generate digital tickets and check-in records tied to the purchasing account.
If an event is rescheduled, cancelled, or materially changed, The Weston Society may notify affected attendees using the contact information tied to the order.
Platform usage
Users may not interfere with checkout, account access, QR validation, or other platform operations. Attempts to bypass controls, duplicate tickets, or scrape restricted data can lead to account restrictions or ticket invalidation.
